Technical arrangements

• Transport:
  The Macedonian Government will provide the internal transportation for the delegations during the Summit meeting.

• Secretariat:
  A joint Secretariat equipped wit PCs with printer and photocopier will be established in Aleksandar Palas Hotel during the Summit meeting. Fax and telephone lines with direct international line existing in Aleksandar Palas Hotel may be used on the expenses on each delegation.

• Press
  During the Summit, a Press Center will be established at the Aleksandar Palas Hotel. Press accreditation should be addressed directly to the Information Agency of the Republic of Macedonia (tel. +389 91 114 695, fax: +389 91 114 162 or +38991 115659).

The Embassies of the participating countries are kindly requested to appoint one of their members as a Liaison Officer.
